E. Guided Practice: TTW show the students how to get to the day’s presentation of new material and independent practice; and explain what they are doing to complete the day’s lesson. TTW then choose a student at random to perform the same tasks.
F. Independent Practice (The assignments are due the next school day unless otherwise stated): TSW go to the Quizlet, set up the test with only multiple choice questions; ensure that they have 33 of 33 questions set and take the test until they get a 100%. TSW show the teacher the 100% with all of the questions on the screen. If the assignment becomes homework, TSW take a picture of the final screen showing the grade and the 33rd question and show it to the teacher the next class day. G. Closure: TSW write questions in their notebooks on things that they did not understand about the material to be discussed as the bell ringer in the next day’s class.
