Standard(s):  6.01-6.04

Clear Target:  I can demonstrate mastery of: The era’s of the Stone Age; the agricultural revolution during the Neolithic era of the Stone Age; and the characteristics of early human societies.

Bell Ringer:  Go to Google Classroom and join this Class.

Set: TTW lead a discussion on the Bell Ringer to ensure that the students understand it.  TTW lead a discussion on the assignment from the day before to ensure understanding.  TSW discuss the following questions: In your opinion, what led to the Agricultural Revolution during the Neolithic Period?  Name and describe one of the 8 characteristics of early human societies.

Presentation of New Material: N/A

Simulation:  N/A

Guided Practice: TTW demonstrate for the students how to: Find and open the document; use the document; turn in the document when completed.  TTW have a student share their screen and demonstrate all of the steps.  TTW assist, and have the class assist the student demonstrator with answering the first question.

F.  Independent Practice: TSW complete the study guide in preparation for the upcoming test.  Here is the link to the Study Guide: Unit One Study Guide

Closure: TTW review with the students the expectation that they complete the study guide as homework
